Over the course of the summer I made quite some 3D hand painted props for Ashleigh Warner’s CGMA course: Creating Stylized Game Assets.
This is the assignment for the first week, we had to create three cubes with all of them having an unique theme. The focus in this assignment was on creating a texture with two unique sides, focusing on painting.
The cube on the left is a stool, the one in the middle a crate with carrots and the one on the far right is just a ‘tech’ box.

This is a chest cointaining two magical Aztec’s skulls, which the Spaniards have captured, and since then were using them for their naval conquest.
When two or more magical skulls are in contact, they can give unimaginable power to the one in their possetion.
Besides the complicated lock, the chest contains one more catch. Inside there are two levers. The left one unleashes the skulls, but the right one must be used too, in order to avoid a trap cutting your hand off. Basically, the right one is for destroying: if it is pulled first - it will smash the skulls, and if it’s pulled after left - it can destroy the whole world.
