I have finally decided to make a fanart of something that has deeply touched my heart, so this is a small tribute to the film and the beautiful world of Hayao Miyazaki <3 The modeling and texturing were done with Blender with the help of Substance Designer for Haku's fur and the bakes were done in Marmoset Toolbag. Asset modeled in Blender, baked in Marmoset Toolbag 4, and textured in Quixel Mixer. Made with 4K texture maps (Albedo, AO, Metalness, Roughness, Normal). Model is composed of 432,368 tris. The goal of this model was to practice using marmoset and quixel to make an asset similiar to one existing in a game to test my abilities, i chose to model the drilldozer (doretta) from Deep Rock Galactic. The game has a low-poly aesthetic and i wanted to try to make a more photoreal version and had to make some adjustments to the design to fit the change. In my model exists some minor errors due to my current knowledge of Marmoset and Quixel and i have noted down the issues and plan to learn more about these softwares to avoid these issues in my future models. 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 432368 polygons.
