Mushroooms grown in Gustine California are sold at the Livermore Farmer’s Market. Culinary mushrooms are a gourmet vegan treat that can be served with fish, chicken, pork, beef, noodles, or rice. Once lightly browned the flavors unlock, and once they are a bit dried from being cooked they soak in juices like a sponge.
