This city was created as a demo of my Medieval City Low Poly Pack, which can be purchased here: https://skfb.ly/6FKTU
Every single asset used in this environment comes from that pack. It uses 4 different materials (five if we count the water, as it was separated for manual opacity control), each one with Albedo, Roughness, Normal, AO, Metallic and Opacity maps. Most textures (Environment, People and Market) are 1024x1024, and the one cotaining all the buildings is 2048x2048. Also, most of the details are contained on the normal map, resulting in a low poly count. Even if the scene reaches over 500k polys, keep in mind the size of the city.
As for this scene, it has been something I’ve wanted to create for so many years, and I finally decided to make it with the pack. It even works as an UE4 level. For this project I challenged myself to create my own textures from scratch, I used Sketchbook on my cell phone to draw (that is, the textures were made with my finger 😅), then I did a refinement in Photoshop on the Desktop.

Why did I create this model?
An image of brock feeding his pokemon, inspired me to make this model, brought me a nostalgic feeling of my childhood times. Hope you like this model!
Who is Brock?
Brock is originally the Gym Leader of Pewter City Gym but he decided to follow his dream to become the greatest Pokémon Breeder. After his defeat against Ash Ketchum, he quickly gave up his title. He accompanied Ash on his journey for quite some time, all while trying to live up to his goal. He currently wishes to be a great Pokémon Doctor. He has travelled with Ash from Kanto to Sinnoh. He is one of the main characters in the series.
