A Mazda Savanna S124A (also known as RX-3 outside of Japan) with overfender and lowered suspension. It also has the iconic yellow/green racing livery. The original fender isn’t cutted, so you can restore it to stock condition if you want to. The inspiration for this build is Kato-san’s Savanna Coupe and Brett Stebel’s RX-3.
The model has constraint (copy rotation) on each wheel parts to an empty object. There’s also lights object in the lights area. Here are two example renders using Blender Cycles :
