This is a model of a thermometer taken on 10 August 2021. It was 26 degrees when we photoscanned this office thermometer.
This is a comparison between three kinds of thermometers that we made.
With the use of Photoshop masks, we were able to get a fantastic result. There were a few small detail losses in the metal and glass parts of the thermometer. We remodeled the missing parts in Blender. With the model being in Blender, we baked all sorts of PBR textures. We baked the diffuse, AO, roughness, glossiness, opacity, and normal maps. The remodeled thermometer was sent back to Agisoft for retexturing.

This retexture of TESV:Skyrim’s “Alduin” is based loosely on World of Warcraft’s “Deathwing”.
It is incomplete and alpha maps need to be created for the wings due to the way Bethesda created the mesh. There are also missing eyes due to them being a separate mesh.
