The collaboration between Architect Wei Haw Wang (TW/JP) and Artist Tivon Rice (NL/US) began by mapping the Toad Hill neighborhood during site-visits to Taipei. Rice's photogrammetric animation was then paired with, and projected within, a parametric structure designed by Wang.
