The Hybrid Suit consists of the MCU's Upgraded Suit with some nanites from the Iron Spider Suit added over it that form a golden spider emblem in the front and back of the suit. Spider-Man's Hybrid Suit is conceived after the nanites used to control Doctor Octopus' tentacles were retrieved back to Peter. Following May Parker's death at the hands of Raimi-Verse's Green Goblin, Peter uses this suit, with the help from his two older counterparts from modern Marvel live action universes prior to the Marvel Cinematic Universe to prepare for their final battle against all of the Spider-Man villains from other dimensions on Liberty Island where the Liberty Statue now has Captain America's Shield since his presumed sacrifice back in Avengers: Endgame.
