This is my third practice making an anime character. I used blender for sculpting and texture painting, sketchfab for rigging and pose. character setting Name: Shizuko Race: Sword Spirit Class: SwordMaster Age: 372 Height: 147 Favourite: Red bean shaved ice Hate: Cockroach Personality: Full of justice and responsibility, but easy to be impatient when teaching stupid students. Like to show off ancient lore. Background Story: Shizuko was a guardian in an ancient kingdom. During a battle, she sacrified her live and turned into a sword spirit to protect the miko from a big Yokai. Then she was sealed in a shrine and being forgotten. A commission of the VPet girl, I had a lot of fun with shape keys this time around and wanted to emphasize the emotions of the poses by focusing on the facial expressions, if you want to pose her you can do so with the duplicate furthest to the right. All in all I’m fairly happy with the end result however It could certainly be more optimized as always, hopefully next time around it’ll improve a bit.
