  Modern Building - Gallery - Office 3D Model 2026-07-16
Please see the link to a video for an interactive level I made in Unreal Engine using this model: https://youtu.be/zU1XkIijBOk This modern style building was created with the need for a building to be set up in Unreal Engine (or any game engine). It can easily be used in a game, an Arch Viz scene or animation. It was built to be versatile, so can be used as a art gallery, office, museum or modern home etc… Many of the Arch Viz style buildings (free or paid for) you can download online are made with sketchup or Revit, these are excellent tools, but when the models are exported they can be split into hundreds or thousands of pieces which is not always practical for a game engine. And whilst they can be joined together again, I created this modern building that is low poly, has 4 material slots, and easy to set up in a games engine. This is a 3D model of a cast of the Terme Ruler, an ancient bronze statue in the Museo Nazionale Palazzo Massimo in Rome. The cast is made of plaster and is in Statens Musueum for Kunst in Copenhagen, Denmark. The Terme Ruler depicts a man with a disproportionately muscular body, especially when compared to its more modestly shaped head. Estimations date this statue to near the 2nd century BCE, comparing it to the Terme Boxer, particularly in hair style.
