This kind of statue in Bali is known as a welcoming statue, which is usually placed in the front of a gate/entrance. This statue is located in the entrance way to the National Hero Monument in Amlapura Bali, called Tugu Pahlawan, and was created in 80s and has been refurbished in the early 90s.
