Trying out some realistic modeling because I got excited about sculpting in Blender! Around this time I picked up Substance Painter as well, so this piece is really out of my comfort zone and was super fun to explore. :) Saiga antelopes look pretty weird in a cute way, and that's all the reason I needed. This one was a weird one for me. I’m relatively happy with the results - but the way I got there leaves me a bit unsatisfied. A lot of shortcuts, which do speed things up, but at the cost of small amounts of quality. I know what could be better, and I know how I’d make them better - but alas, I am at the mercy of deadlines, and as such, she stays -for now- as such.
The usual suspects were used for creating her - Zbrush, Maya, Painter.
