The Overseer Class Light Cruiser was produced at the Hoersch-Kessel Driveworks during the later stages of the Old Republic. These vessel's were deployed by the Commerce Guild during the Clone Wars as patrol, escort and commerce raiders, employing their large communication and sensor masts to track and intercept targets of opportunity.
