Talent 3 (Eigenschreibweise TALENT 3) heißt eine Familie von Triebzügen des Herstellers Bombardier Transportation. Der in der dritten Generation gebaute Talent (Talbot leichter Nahverkehrs-Triebwagen) wurde in erster Generation 1996 von der Aachener Waggonfabrik Talbot gebaut. Der Triebzug ist im Gegensatz zum Bombardier Talent 2 keine Neuentwicklung, sondern eine Weiterentwicklung des Talent 2, welchem der Talent 3 optisch ähnelt. Im Gegensatz zur zweiten Generation entspricht der Talent 3 nicht nur den deutschen, sondern auch den europäischen Normen.
