Delete all except body and armature
pose the model to A-pose or T-pose
Transform tab: check “apply transform”.
Geometry tab: check “apply modifiers”.
Armature tab: uncheck “Add Leaf Bones”.
Bake Animation: Uncheck.
Save the FBX and the new blend file (dont overwrite the original)
Upload to mixamo (choose animation)
Download animation
reimport the new fbx to blender (delete body mesh and old armature)
parent everything again to the new armature using ctrl+p
