Total poly count of example layout - 15,194 tris

Textures:
4 256x256 diff maps for each colour wooden block
1 1024x1024 diff map texture sheet for the rest of the objects
1 256x256 spec sheet for the wooden blocks
1 1024x1024 spec texture sheet for the rest of the objects
