3/ 27k and 215k model with ground with 4k diffuse, normal and height map;
4/ Models attached are OBJ and FBX.
Edit: the lower poly versions aren’t ideal when it comes to texturing (there are some visible texture leaks - hence the low price), however the original RAW scan included are much better - here’s an example of use:
