The scalloped hammerhead (Sphyrna lewini) is a species of hammerhead shark in the family Sphyrnidae. It was originally known as Zygaena lewini. The Greek word sphyrna translates into “hammer" in English, referring to the shape of this shark's head, which is its most distinguishing characteristic. I’m back!!
I’ve been following Requinoesis for a while and saved a concept that I really wanted to do in 3D! They gave me permission to do it and it was quite a challenge!
I’ve been working on this on and off, I was working a lot and had minor health issues so it took me way too long to finish this.
Love out it turned out and I hope it gives justice to the original artwork!
