B1 Battle Droids were fourth class battle droids manufactured by Baktoid Combat Automata and Baktoid Armour Workshop, and were the successors to the OOM-series battle droids. Widely used by the Confederacy of Independent Systems, these battle droids were flimsy and easy to destroy, but deadly in large numbers. Following the defeat of the Confederacy, B1 battle droids were deactivated by the Galactic Empire along with the rest of the droid army, although they were still used throughout Seperatist holdouts and the black market during the Age of the Empire. The B1 Battle Droid was created in the Baktoid factories to serve as the body of the Seperatist army. The low cost allowed them to be numerous on the battlefield and swarm their enemy. This also meant that they were badly programmed and prone to destruction. Yet seeing an army of those cold deadly machines on approach, made many shiver in fear.
This Diorama is created with Blender and Substance Painter. High res models were created and baked down onto lower resolution to be usable in game. High detail textures really put the finish on these machines.
