This is a knit cap with earflaps, and is called a chullo or tibetan cap. Originally, a decorative part is usually attached to the end of a cord extending from the earflaps, but for the sake of convenience and design as a 3D model, I omitted the cord and left only the round decorative part at the end. It is adjusted with the VRM humanoid model output from VRoidStudio.
