This was a two week project to build a steampunk railgun with working parts at a mid poly count instead of my usual low poly. I used an 1876 Winchester rifle as a base and built the magnetic acceleration components around it. The coils are powerd up by turning the rotating capacitor to full capacitance with the lever. Inspired by the dynamics of dance, crazy jumps and the powerful energy of youth, this attraction is created for forever young and cheerful people.
The mechanism was created and designed at the Mondial factory for the Amusement Park Divo Ostrov in St. Petersburg.
