Game/VR/AR-ready low-poly model of a precast dirty concrete pipe with 4K PBR-textures that is built to real-world scale (metric system).
Precast concrete elements are used extensively in the construction business and models such as this one are useful when designing urban areas, especially when creating ruined settings.
The model and PBR-textures are prepared for use with Unity and Unreal Engine, but can easily be adapted to other game engines, or for other uses. The model was created using Blender and Substance Painter.
