The Boeing 747 is a large, long–range wide-body airliner and cargo aircraft manufactured by Boeing Commercial Airplanes in the United States. The lastest version, 747-8, was launched on November 14, 2005, with new General Electric GEnx engines, and was first delivered in October 2011.
