This model is perfect to create a new great scene with different car pieces or part of a car model. I got a lot of different Car Seats and Car Parts on my profile. The model is ready as one unique part and ready for being a great CGI model and also a 3D printable model, i will add the STL model, tested for 3D printing in Ultimaker Cura. The Volkswagen Golf Mk3 is a medium sized compact family car. I have included base (unsmoothed) and smoothed (as seen here) versions of the vehicle in OBJ, FBX, and Maya 2020.4 formats, as well as various textures to tinker with. Please see the readme if smoothing the base version of the model, as there are a few nodes (named in the readme) that do not really need smoothing. They weren’t really built for smoothing and will yield odd results without some added edgeloops). The interior is mostly detailed for exterior renders and not meant for close ups just so you know.
The Maya 2020.4 file is set up to render with the Arnold Renderer plugin. All you will need to do is supply your own HDR image for the envLight.
