This piece was created for the artstation feudal japan challenge. Unfortunately i didn't finish on time so i put the piece on hold till now. I chose this concept art to push myself and try work outside of my comfort zone. My main goals were to improve working on a female character, clothes, hair and working off of someone else's concept. Sculpted and retopologized all within blender. HP to LP baking in marmoset. Texturing in substance painter. The mesh was subdivided once after retopo and loops can easily be removed to reduce polycount.
