So this is kinda like the Nameless Blade from Dragon Age: Inquisition that a friend suggest I make. I didn’t have as much time to work on it this week so it was actually a pretty quick job, less that a few hours of work. The texture job is pretty basic and I was mainly just trying things out in Substance Painter. This work includes complete texture/material set on a predefined ingame model.
My focus was and always will be to create medium-tier weapon skins, that are relatively neutral and not overly complicated. I know there are so many superb artists that create a true pieces of Art - I’m just a humble ui/ux designer that puts his soul to create a niche of guns that fit my needs.
Like all of my work, I will adapt this style to various guns with changes and adjustments where it seems necessary (for example additional material because of model complexity etc).

This model was created in 3ds max and retopologised with a turbosmooth modifier and the uvs was created in 3ds max and then the high poly detail was baked onto the model with substance painter.
