The British Rail Class 800 Intercity Express Train or Azuma is a type of bi-mode multiple unit train built by Hitachi for Great Western Railway and London North Eastern Railway. The type uses electric motors powered from overhead electric wires for traction, but also has diesel generators to enable trains to operate on unelectrified track. Based on the Hitachi A-train design, the trains were built by Hitachi between 2014 and 2018. This model was originally made as an asset for the game Cities: Skylines. There are some minor simplifications to the texture and model to keep it optimised for the game. Initially intended for the Spirit of Capricorn, a long-distance rail service, operated from 1988 to 2003 between Rockhampton and Brisbane. These trains were later repurposed for the Sunshine Coast line until mid-2021, when all units were retired being replaced by the New Generation Rollingstock.
