Made this piece based on concept art called 部落 Mönkhtsetseg by Crispy Mushrooms! This was done over the course of 9 weeks during the CGMA course: Stylized Character Arts for Games with instructor Weston Reid! The character blockout and sculpt were done in ZBrush, retopology in Blender and CozyBlanket, baking in Marmoset Toolbag 4, texturing in Substance Painter and 3DCoat, and finally rigged and animated back in Blender! The class was challenging, but I had a lot of fun and learned a lot! I'm super excited to apply what I've learned in future pieces! Reyna ( High/Low/Uvs/Bake ) was made by the talented artist Coralie Bruchon ( https://www.artstation.com/artist/longsharp ).I did the Guitar/Skull + all PBR textures/Rig/Posing mostly with 3DCoat/Akeytsu.
I used 3DCoat for mostly everything except stencils/Brushes creation ( PS ) with custom smartmaterials ( same used on SWR project =) )
