This is an assignment for my 3D modeling class. I decided to go with the mystery machine theme for a few reasons. I wanted to challenge myself to make the textures look Stylish, Something that if you saw in real life you’d go ” alright, that’s pretty cool”.
I had a had time deciding what to do for the seat, i had tried several different leather looks until i remembered my buddies old volkswagen van. I can only imagine that the inside of the mystery machine van actually has knitted fabric seats.
I really like the way this one turned out. I feel like i’ve learned so much about PBR, yet I still have a mountain to learn. Thank goodness I’ve got my climbing boots on right?

This is a knit cap with earflaps, and is called a chullo or tibetan cap.
Originally, a decorative part is usually attached to the end of a cord extending from the earflaps, but for the sake of convenience and design as a 3D model, I omitted the cord and left only the round decorative part at the end.
It is adjusted with the VRM humanoid model output from VRoidStudio.
