Wawel Royal Castle – National Art Collection
A Hussar szyszak was a type of helmet commonly used by the troops of the Polish Hussars, similar to the pappenheimers used in Western Europe. Usually, it was decorated similarly to the Hussar armour – with trimmings and appliqué motifs of brass stamped with geometrical ornaments. There were a few variants of this helmet: with a tip on the top, a high crest, or fan-like wings on the skull (the latter was popular in the 1st half of the 18th century, during the Saxon’s reign).

Here’s the Skitarii Ranger i’ve been doing. This is actually a remake of the outdated Skitarii i made back in 2017 ( https://www.artstation.com/artwork/gJwAWZ )
It’s a fan art based on the original Skitarii design in the Warhammer 40k universe. Even tho it’s a personnal take on the design, i wanted to make more HD, more realistic looking.
The model itself have 59 variations & is 88k polygons all variations included.

A pear-shaped pot with an isolated base. Its deeply bent spout is set on a raised mascaron. Its handle in the shape of the letter “J” is ornamented with volutes at the top and the bottom, as well as raised leaves and palmettes on the outside. The pot has a domed cap with a collar. The painting style consists of casually laid out flowers and realistically depicted insects with shadows painted grey. This kind of decoration, popular in the 1730s, was the first typically European style of porcelain painting. Designs of flowers, fruit and insects were drawn from botanical pattern books, hence their name “graphic flowers”.
