A silver elvish ring, showcasing a deep red garnet, set in a wooden and felt lined box. Created and textured in Blender. The engraving on the ring translates to water and life in Elvish.
For this peice I wanted to create something that combined sculpting, traditional modelling and texture painting. I created a highly detailed ring with some deep engravings and then moved onto the ring box. I utilised the upper ring box to showcase a detailed ornate elvish drawing, and accented it with stars.
Overall a simplier piece but it turned out really nicely, especially with the overall color combination to give it a warm vibe 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 423549 polygons.
