This is a sculpture I've been working on recently, focused on 3D printing. I wanted to make a different Batman from what's usually made, so I went back to the old TV series and found this great moment in which he's surfing. My entry for the February Challenge of Frontiers. Here we have a cowboy on his way to discover what lays beyond what his eyes can see in the desert.
I wanted to take a lower poly and stylized approach to this model, and make it look like a drawing rather than a 3D model. I modeled this in Maya, and with the exception of a few meshes I threw into Substance Painter for opacity, assigned lambert materials for most of the colors 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 240570 polygons.
