A design of a helmet i’ve made while i was following a course on CG Cookie. I’ve updated some materials so they would produce less noise during render, fixed forehead diodes and some textures since original release. Also textures were made in SP2 and I didn’t bother to combine them after exporting. For this project, I wanted to see if I could fully model (with some sculpting) and texture a simple stylized prop in a short time period. Most of the work was done in one evening, with a few fixes and final touches happening over a couple other nights.
This hammer was modeled in Blender, sculpted in Zbrush, and textured in Substance Painter.
