Jeff, or “Jeffy G" as his friends call him. Created in a Freak Accident, involving an Industrial Photocopier, a common Housefly, and the DNA of a Staples Employee. Custom low poly character made from scratch for a fantasy scene. Influences taken from fantasy art from the 80’s-90s. Tried to keep the outfit rooted in reality while still being purely fantastical. High poly model sculpted in Marvelous Designer and Z-brush, texturing in Substance 3D painter. Rigging and anmimation were done in Maya using Advanced Skeleton, with a Motion Capture base taken using Plask. Tried to keep it as low poly as humanly possible while still making the details stand out. I think maybe I was a bit too conservative in places, but I’m happy with the overall result 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 31516 polygons.
