A collection of game-ready, optimised 3D assets suitable for Unity5, UE4 and 5 or any real-time application including VR and AR. Assets come with manually made LODs in 3-4 stages. TGA textures in 4 different presets: PBR Metallic Roughness, UE4/5, Unity Standard Pipeline, Unity HDRP All of the doors and drawers are separated objects with functional pivots. The pivots do not work in Unreal Engine.
