Hi! This was my submission to the May/June monthly environment and prop art challenge found here. There were several images to choose from, but I chose this hand painted book from the provided list. The back of the model wasn't provided, so I had to whip up something to go back there. Hope you like it! Terry Pratchett got me through a lot of last year. I swallowed a good chunk of the Discworld series, starting with Tiffany. Since then I’ve carried in my own mind an image of granny’s shepherd hut as it existed in Tiffany’s head, and the hat, and witch herself. This personal work / fanart took a few months, on and off, to realize.

Over the course of the summer I made quite some 3D hand painted props for Ashleigh Warner’s CGMA course: Creating Stylized Game Assets.
This is the assignment for the first week, we had to create three cubes with all of them having an unique theme. The focus in this assignment was on creating a texture with two unique sides, focusing on painting.
The cube on the left is a stool, the one in the middle a crate with carrots and the one on the far right is just a ‘tech’ box.
