The hollyhock is used as a central theme to the house, with many symmetrical decorations adapting the plant’s general appearance. Planters are decorated with the motif and filled with the plants themselves, and Wright’s stained glass windows feature a highly stylized hollyhock pattern.

The base idea for this scene is a task from one of VK’s Blender learning groups. But because the course itself is paid, I just used several final renders from other students as a references. So my scene is my implementation of this idea: small house in a woods, made with lowpoly technic. In my implementation it’s nowadays time, thus I added a car and electric-like lights inside. Making this project from ground zero took about 10 hours. In this project I used texture paint mode and mirroring modifier for the first time. Lowpoly modeling is a new topic for me, so I like the result I got, with using minimum of textured surfaces.
The ground texture is hand-painted mix of several good and free textures, I found all over the Pinterest.
Some of building’s textures are also come from Pinterest. The bricks are come from @scadl
